The CATALYST system does not provide a means to automatically transform your information from the form to a formatted, downloadable document.
As a workaround:
- Click the “Print” button to open the print preview.
- Select all text in the preview and right-click to copy.
- Paste into Microsoft Word or other document editor and clean up as needed.
